Training
2.17 mi walk: Was going to be a rest day, but got bored in the hotel and walked down looking for a good place to run in the morning.

Diet
Traveling. Half of this was eaten in restaurants or at the opening reception.

Breakfast: sprouted grain English muffin, pb, organic jelly
Snack: naked juice (strawberry banana), salted raw pistachios
Lunch: Veggie burger, whole wheat bun, lettuce, tomato, red cherry relish (restaurant)
Snack: crab cake, bruschetta
Dinner: Soft shell crab with butter, mixed veggies
