snack: spicy chocolate energy bar, dates
lunch: Jason’s Deli garden wrap, pickle, fruit (strawberries, grapes, kiwi, apples, pineapple
snack: lime chips, unsweetened carob almonds, dates
dinner: portable mushrooms, EVOO, spinach, red bell pepper, blue corn tortilla chips
snack: roasted squash
