Woke up in really bad mood, with zero motivation. This is the second time in a week this has happened, both the morning after eating pizza. I am assuming there’s a correlation. I will have to definitely keep an eye on this.Weighed this morning. 200 lb exactly, down 1.2 lbs since last week. Due to yesterday’s splurge meal, I will have a mostly raw day today.

strength: P90X based chest, tri, shoulders: 52 minutes (I think I strained my back a little bit, we’ll see)

pre-workout: date/lemon rapid energy bites
post-workout: 2 spicy chocolate energy bars
breakfast: banana w/cinnamon, cashews, agave, coffee
lunch: salad (spinach, mushroom, avocado, sunflower seeds, red/green bell peppers, cucumber, olive oil, balsamic vinegar)
snack: peanut butter w/honey, carob covered almonds
dinner: bean and cheese burrito, guacamole tostada (with beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato), 1 tbsp honey
