Eating was a little better today, but not great. I ate another Blue Taco burrito today at lunch. Soooo good, but not quite ideal. I had a good run. Started slow and thought it may be a rough one, but felt good overall. It was supposed to be 3.5 mi, but felt good at that point and wanted to stretch it to 4. So far I have shaved about 45 sec/mi off of my mpm pace in 3 weeks, so I feel I’m on the right track.

Diet
breakfast: rolled oats, honey, raisins, coffee (1/2 decaf)
lunch: Blue Taco burrito: wheat tortilla, pinto/black beans, onions, bell peppers, pineapple, corn, cilantro, guac, rice. Plus a few chips
pre-workout: lemon/date energy bites
post-workout: dates
dinner: salad (spinach, arugula, avocado, homemade apple cider vinegar dressing), kids’ leftover Genghis Grill (udon noodles, veggies, honey sauce, seafood)
snacks: carob almonds, carob squares, figs, dates, vanilla herbal tea
