Great quick run this afternoon. I am definitely getting a little faster week by week.

Diet
breakfast: Ezekiel sprouted grain mini tortilla, pb, honey, coffee (1/2 decaf)
pre-run: dates, agave
post-run: energy pudding
snack: gram bunnies (left over from my kid)
dinner: Abuelo’s Pescado Guerrero – chips and salsa/guacamole. The sauce probably had quite a bit of cream and butter in it, but holy cow it was good.
