I was very lax today with the diet, but enjoyed some great food on the road.

Training
travel day: rest

Diet
breakfast: Naked Juice: Green Machine
snack: asiago bagel (plain)
lunch: crab cakes, french fries
dinner: sea scallops, crab meat, cream wine sauce, fried calamari, aioli, spinach, 1/2 roll w/ olive oil
