Run this morning was slow. Felt faster than I was, but still not a bad run. Got really tired after the first 1.5 mi.
Been having some really bad, vivid dreams the last 2 nights . . . possibly diet related? Need to cut out the dairy.

lunch: slice of cheese pizza, fried shrimp w/cocktail sauce, sweet potato fries, french onion soup (left most of the cheese)
dinner: 3.5 slices of Turkish bread w/olive oil, babaganoush, fried eggplant stuffed w/veggies, rice
