I ate a ton of chips and salsa from Chili’s last night, and I am paying the price this morning. I feel so dehydrated and sluggish. Big mistake.

Diet
breakfast: Naked juice (Green Machine), 2 chia carob squares, 2 dates, coffee
lunch: veggie burger patty, pizza crust, 2 pieces fried haddock, french fries
dinner: cheese pizza, fruit, beet and sweet potato chips
