Considering how aweful I ate yesterday I felt pretty good today.

Training
moving some boxes from one house to another

Diet
breakfast: pancakes (homemade, whole wheat, no refined sugar), maple syrup, coffee
lunch: salad (spinach, arugula, blackberries, blueberries, grapes, spring mix, homemade vinaigrette), organic flatbread crackers
snack: chips, guacamole, salsa, corn salsa, white-chocolate covered cranberries
dinner: Sharky’s burrito (tortilla, black beans, bell peppers, tomato, pico, lettuce, green chili), chips, a little spicy ranch (ugh, but good)
snack: 2 bean burritos

TOTAL WEEKLY RUNNING DISTANCE: 14.9 mi
