I will begin my new program tomorrow. The details are found on my training page. I have really let my diet go the last few days. I won’t get specific, but it contains brownies, ice cream, and an entire pizza. Ugh.
This cut is 100% dedicated to losing body fat and gaining some lean muscle. I’m excited to see what I can do. I start with the fitness test tomorrow, using my heart rate monitor. I will also track my calories and macro breakdown for the first week.
