I ended up taking care of a sick kid most of the morning, and we had company tonight, so I missed my workout. I will do this workout tomorrow. If I have to forgo the rest and recovery workout so be it.
breakfast: juice (similar to yesterday), coffee
lunch: juiced bok choy, kale, broccoli, apple, pear, celery, parsnips, carrots, beet leaves, red chard
snack: blue corn tortilla chips (a few bites of chicken spaghetti, minus the chicken, death by chocolate, french garlic bread)
dinner: salad (spinach, arugula, pear, walnuts, homemade almond vinaigrette), bear bread, honey butter
