Decided to take it easy on the rest and recover workouts due to my sore knee and the amount of lunges and squats involved in the workouts, so I will probably alternate an easy workout on my non-Insanity days during this “rest week.” Today I took my kids on a walk/run. We ended up going 1.14 mi at a 20 mpm pace.

Training
walk/run: 1.14 mi

Diet
breakfast: juiced veggies/fruits, coffee
lunch: cabbage, butternut squash, spinach, sprouted red legumes, balsamic vinegar, carob almonds
snack: popped amaranth
dinner: portabella mushroom quesadilla w/Ezekiel tortillas, green beans
