Today marks the 1/2 point in my cut. I have not had a ton of change, but given that the first month was during the holidays, I’ll take it. Good workout today. Had a couple of interruptions from kids/work, but otherwise went well. Made a Thrive pizza for lunch. Didn’t have high hopes, but it turned out great.

post-workout: 1/2 Mango Naked juice
lunch: Thrive popped amaranth pizza
snack: blue corn tortilla chips
dinner: spinach noodles, tomato sauce, green peas
snack: carob almonds, “ice cream” (frozen bananas, mango, pineapple, carob chips, cacoa nibs)
