Feel great today, lots of energy. Took the lights off the house this morning, workout, then zoo after lunch.

I had a loose day today, so tomorrow will be tight diet wise. Looking forward to a rest day.

breakfast: rest of the juice from last night, bit of my kids’ almond butter w/agave, coffee
post-workout: 1/3 of a Naked Juice Green Machine
lunch: spinach, mixed sprouted beans (protein power mix), walnut hemp burger, black beans, roasted bell peppers, cashew/dill dressing
snack: vegan ice cream shared with kids
dinner: Jason’s Deli portabella wrap w/no cheese, blue corn chips, guacamole
snack: Lara Bar
