Good day today, needed a good rest day. Had a pretty salty meal tonight, may impact my weight in the morning.

breakfast: sprouted grain english muffin, almond butter, fruit jelly
lunch: single trip through Jason’s Deli salad bar
snack: dried mango and strawberry
dinner: udon noodles, coconut soy sauce, sesame seeds, green peas, carrots, sprouted mixed beans (protein mix), evoo
