Went to bed around 11:45, woke up right around 7:00. Feel great today. Long intervals were tough and slow this morning, but feel great afterward. My quads started screaming almost immediately, I assume from the squats.

Food was great until dinner. Ate Rosa’s, too many tortillas.

WU: 1/2 mi jog, 50m heel walk, 50m toe walk, 75m butt kicks, 75m high knees, complete recovery
2 rounds of 200m, 400m, 600m, rest = time completed

CD: 1/2 mi jog
total workout time: 37:10

Diet
pre-run: dates
post-run: almond/flax smoothie, coffee
lunch: salad (kale, spinach, arugula, sunflower seeds, homemade salsa, pico, avocado), Lara Bar
snack: dried mango
dinner: Rosa’s = guacamole tostada, 3 bean and cheese burritos, 2 tortillas with honey
