My legs are really sore today. Not sure if it’s more from the squats in the CFE warmup or the running. I really didn’t feel like working out today, but I decided to go ahead and do the warmup then do my first official CFE workout. It was quick, but tough. I had jello legs for the rest of the day.
Had some pretty serious sweet cravings after church tonight. I ended up having some goldfish crackers and a bag of all natural oatmeal cookies. Not the best, not the worst.

dinner: veggie stir fry (peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, garlic), vegan pretzel bread, brown rice crackers
snack: dried mango, goldfish crackers, Annie’s organic party mix, Barbara’s All Natural oatmeal cookies
