Great run today. Felt fast, wanted to keep going when done. Very encouraging.
Good food day, feeling really good. Shoulders are pretty sore today. Overall the first few days have gone really well. Ready to get fully into the swing of things. Going back to chiropractor in the morning for a follow up.
