Quads a little sore this morning. Good workout, toes felt better with looser shoes. My right quad started to tighten up a bit toward the end, but fine as the day went on.

Legs got a little sore throughout the day. Not sure if it is from the run or my workout yesterday. I vote workout.

dinner: rigatoni bolognese (w/ portobello mushrooms)
snack: LaraBar, orange
