Weighed in this morning at 187, -1.8 lbs since last Tuesday.
Since this is a rest week, I took it easy this morning. I went to the soccer fields and did some running drills for about 20 minutes, and ran with a metronome for a few hundred yards. I will do this again later this week, then probably run around ACU (1.86 miles) with a metronome Friday.
Juiced this morning, felt good to get back to that. I plan on juicing a lot this week, hopefully once a day or so. Had Jimmy John’s in a meeting for lunch. On a side note, Jimmy John’s is a terrible place to eat for vegans if you couldn’t guess. I had 4 bites of shredded iceberg lettuce. Yum.

dinner: steamed veggies (spinach, red and green peppers, mushrooms, carrots, garlic, tomatoes, zucchini, sprouted beans)
snack: LaraBar, cucumbers, carrots, hummus, coconut covered dates
