Overall a good day today.

Training (rest day)

breakfast: banana, almond butter, cashew cream sauce
lunch: 1/2 pint refried beans from Rosa’s, blue corn chips, flax tortilla, spinach, cilantro, avocado, mustard, pico
dinner: veggie vegan pizza (vegan pizza crust, spinach, tomato paste, balsamic, broccoli, bell pepper, onion)
snack: garlic sesame strips, dried mango, mixed fruit
