Ran this morning in the neighborhood with my friend. Hot, humid, and really hilly. The hills were good for me, I’m not used to them. Kept a pretty good pace. My ankle started feeling odd toward the middle of the run. Not hurt, just a little tight and dull. I will keep an eye on it.

Binged tonight at the wedding. Back on the ball this week.

dinner: (wedding food) rolls, mushrooms, cookies, chips, corn/black bean salsa, cheese, brie, ranch dip, mustard, cake
snack: blue corn chips
