My legs were pretty sore this morning when I woke up, but nothing terrible. They got better as the day went on.

breakfast: smoothie (banana, strawberry, spinach, almond milk, hemp, flax, peanut butter) – only used pb because we’re out of almond butter
lunch: Blue Taco burrito and chips (whole wheat tortilla, rice, black and pinto beans, onions, peppers, pico, cheese, cilantro, pineapple, guacamole)
