Feeling much better today. I am going to take today off as well from training just to make sure I am recovered. I will do a 5 mile pace tomorrow, 12 miles on Friday, a bike on Saturday, then an interval run Sunday to catch up.

Stomach better today, but still a little iffy. I took it easy on the food intake most of today just in case, until dinner, when I pigged out on Mexican food. Safe to say the stomach is about back to normal.

breakfast: banana, almond butter, coffee
lunch: crackers, Gatorade
dinner: veggie fajitas, chips, salsa, guac
snack: LaraBar
