My legs are feeling pretty good this morning. I will continue to roll them out and ice them. I plan on taking my roller to Dallas with me to use prior to the race. I also hope I can get my MIL’s hot tub fired up. That would be a nice soak the night before the race. I continue to get excited. The weather seems to have evened out, and it should be a great day. My kid may not be so lucky: 80% chance of thunderstorms. I will continue to pray for 2 hours or no rain for his race.

Still ate more salt and grain today than I would have liked, but overall I am feeling ok nutrition wise.

Diet
breakfast: dates, almond butter
lunch: salad (spinach, red pepper, pumpkin seeds, balsamic vinegar, avocado)
dinner: bean burritos (no cheese)
snack: popchips, blue corn chips, strawberries
