I feel good today overall. It was a good rest day. I am pretty pain free, good energy, etc.
Diet wise I was a little loose today, but not over the top.
breakfast: banana, almond butter, homemade nutella
lunch: pasta w/cashew sauce, 1/3 sweet potato
dinner: Blue Taco – veggie taco, chips, hot sauce
snack: black bean chips, garlic strips, carob almonds and raisins, cookie
