Today was a travel day, so the diet left a little to be desired. I ended up running around the DC mall tonight when I landed, which was great. I will do 12 miles tomorrow in the same area.

breakfast: coffee, cinnamon scone
lunch: pita bread, large salad – spring mix greens, chinese noodles, edamame, carrots, cabbage, guac dressing
dinner: eggplant/cheese rolls, crab cake sandwich, french fries, gelato
