I hurt like never before when I woke up. My legs, glutes, everything waste down is sore. It worked its way out as the day went on. I need some days to rest.

Diet
lunch: chips and salsa, cheese enchiladas, a few bites of kids’ pancakes
dinner: vegan BLTs, black bean chips
snack: carob almonds
