Ran an easy 2 miles this morning, felt pretty good. Now all I have to do is run 26.2.

Went down to pick up my packet today, looked around the expo, had lunch at Central Market. Kind of snacked throughout the day as well.

Spent a lot of time off of my feet today. I wore compression socks for most of the day. I am as ready as I can be for tomorrow.

Before bed we sat and talked for a while. I laid out my gear for tomorrow. I will get up around 5:00 to make my blended salad and fill my fuel belt.

lunch: Central Market salad bar (lots of stuff)
dinner: leftover noodles and veggies from yesterday, a little whole grain bread
snack: some Clif samples at expo, pecans, frozen cherries, dried peaches
