Felt bad most of the day today, so no workout. I did have more carbs today, mainly some beans at lunch and sweet potato chips later in the day.

Diet
lunch: grilled shrimp, refried beans, onions and peppers, salsa
snack: sweet potato chips
dinner: 4 eggs fried in butter, sauteed onions, 1/2 large avocado
