Hung out with the kids at home all day today. I took them swimming this afternoon and did an easy 300 yd. Felt good, but definitely didn’t push it. Shoulder felt a little tight, but that might have been phantom pains. Otherwise, it was good. I will start swimming again this week.

lunch: 4 eggs, salmon, spinach, onion, tomato, homemade salsa, jack cheese, cooked in EVCO
dinner: leftover veggie soup and stuffed zucchini
