In bed at 11:15, up at 6:15. Got up early and did the easy stride interval run. My swim today was good. I started out slow to test my shoulders. They were fine so my intervals got a little faster as I got going.

Training
AM: interval run

6 x :30 strides with recovery
total distance: 1.88 mi
total time: 21:25

PM: 1200 yd recovery swim
3 x 400 on 2:00 rest
time: 25:54

Diet
post-run: filberts, cashews, walnuts, hemp hearts, chia seeds, frozen blueberries and cherries, almond milk, coffee
lunch: 2 salmon cakes, kale, sour cream
snack: jack cheese
dinner: cooked veggies (zucchini, sweet potato, brussels sprouts, mashed cauliflower, pineapple, bite of cantaloupe, red lentils
after dinner: HWC, strawberries, blueberries, cashews
