In bed at 10:45, up at 5:45. Started my ride in the dark, which was strangely peaceful. The ride was actually really good. My legs felt strong, I held a good pace on the intervals, and overall just had a good amount of energy. I gave my bike a really thorough wash, including the gears and chain, the lubed it all. It seems to be working great.

dinner: lentils, pinto beans, roasted sweet potatoe/zucchini, jack cheese, quinoa
after dinner: decaf w/HWC
