My stomach felt much better today. Still a little uneasy around lunch right after my swim, but it may have been hunger pangs contributing to it.
My energy was not good today. Still pretty sore, and I think my body is still recovering from the weekend. Looking back, not a good choice to play that hard. But, what’s done is done. All I can do is to feed my body right and know that it will take care of itself.

dinner: spinach w/cashew cream sauce, baked cauliflower, 1/2 small sweet potato w/butter, baked brussles sprouts
after dinner: tea w/HWC, chia seeds, hemp hearts, cashews, almond butter
