Did some heavy lifting today for the first time in a long time. I was aiming to measure my 1 rep max. Man, after the squats my legs were shaky.

Training
strength testing – bench and back squat

Diet
breakfast: coffee, smoothie – coconut milk, almond milk, hemp hearts, pea protein, frozen berries, cinnamon, mixed greens, chia seeds
lunch: salad – kale, mixed greens, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, guacamole, homemade salsa, jack cheese
pre-workout: pear
dinner: vegan bean soup, bean chip “nachos,” scoop of Greek yogurt
