I hit the gym this morning for some strength work, followed by some mobility and stretching, but I had to cut it short due to a minor work crises. That created a rather stressful day.
I am really considering getting into trail running. I think I may buy some trail shoes around Christmas and renew my membership to the mountain bike trails by my house. That could be an easy way to see if ultra running would be something I’d enjoy. I had a work lunch today and dinner with friends away from home.

lunch: fajita veggies, rice, beans, large salad with beans and ranch
snack: veggie sticks
dinner: salmon, roasted broccoli, potatoes, large salad, french bread, cookie
