It feels great to be back home. There’s something to say about being in your own bed, kitchen, around your own groceries, etc. Back on track 100% today.

I did my first activity today since surgery. I did a slow treadmill walk. My belly hurt just a bit when I started going faster, but probably just the movement pulling on some of the bruising that is left.

Training
30 min walk on treadmill

Diet
breakfast: coffee w/EVCO
lunch: smoothie (coconut milk, almond milk, yogurt, frozen berries, spinach, green apple, chia seeds, cashews, protein powder)
post-walk: almond butter (leftover from kid’s lunch)
dinner: black bean burgers, coconut flour buns (homemade, no grains), cheese, tomato, veganaise, mustard, sauteed mushrooms and onions, veggie sticks
