Diet
breakfast: coffee x 2 (small amount of HWC in 2nd cup), a couple bites of the GF pancakes I made for the kids
lunch: smoothie (coconut milk, yogurt, hemp hearts, chia seeds, walnuts, spinach, Vega, strawberries)
dinner: salad – pinto beans, basmati rice, jack cheese, homemade salsa, spinach. tomato, onion, mushrooms, homemade spicy dressing
after dinner: yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, cashews, small amount of carob chips
