I have to start getting back on track with my sleep. I have been staying up way too late and sleeping in, but now that the kids are back in school I have to get back into a normal sleep pattern.

We went to an unexpected dinner with friends and I had corn chip nachos. Technically not a grain, but still not a good choice. Let the self loathing begin (kidding . . . kind of).

Training
30 min treadmill walk

Diet
breakfast: coffee w/EVCO , 2 eggs fried in butter, onions and peppers
lunch: smoothie – spinach, almond milk, protein powder, green apple, 2 strawberries
dinner: grilled shrimp nachos
