Fell asleep around 11:15 last night, slept until about 7:15 this morning.

I ran this morning, for the first time in over a month. It felt great. I did 5:00 walk/run repeats. It was slow, but I felt good.

Training
run – 5:00 walk/run repeats
total time: 35:00

Diet
breakfast: coffee, smoothie – 2/3 of small apple, coconut milk, kale mix, walnuts, chia seeds, 2 strawberries, protein powder, 1/2 avocado, lemon juice
lunch: veggie soup (leftover from Monday)
dinner: veggie stir fry – zucchini, onion, broccoli, carrots, sprouts, bell pepper, romaine, mushrooms, homemade sauce (coconut milk, almond butter, liquid aminos, garlic, curry paste, salt)
before bed: fruit, HWC, cream cheese
