I made the mistake of getting on the scale this morning. Still quite a bit heavier than I want to be. I don’t want to get on the scale much because I want to focus my progress on body comp and performance.
My ride was good. I was great to be back on the bike today, even if it was slow and just through the neighborhood.
bike: 11.32 mi
breakfast: black coffee, small apple w/almond butter and tbsp of cream cheese
lunch: leftover spaghetti squash mix from last night
dinner: scrambled eggs, potatoes, cheese, 1 slice sprouted bread, 1/2 of kid’s wheat tortilla
after dinner: raisins, decaf
