Today wraps up week 4. I was in Louisville all day today, and got a late flight home.

This week was a light running week, focusing on strength. Next week will involve no strength training (some yoga and stretching), but will focus on running (some speed work, race pace, and long z2 work). Depending on weather, I may do some riding as well.

Today was crazy. Stranded in airports, delayed flights, missed connections, an unexpected night in a hotel. Food was sporadic and not great.

Training
mobility work in my hotel room – hips/legs

Diet
breakfast: veggie omelet, cooked potatoes, smoked salmon, tomato, onions, coffee, 2 bites of a sticky bun (wow, sweet)
rest of day: veggie burrito, tortilla chips, fries, frozen yogurt, tortellini, small piece of carrot cake, Cesar salad
