March 31

I originally had a 7 mile run on the schedule today, but it made more sense to me to swap that to Wednesday and do the easy 4 mi walk/run today. My legs feel really good considering my 9 miles on Sunday. I figured it would take a few days to recover fully from it. We celebrated opening day with our traditional veggie hot dog dinner with sweet potato fries. They were store bought, so they had some sugar in them.

Training
40 min easy walk/run
distance: 3.31 mi

Diet
breakfast: black coffee, smoothie – almond milk, spinach, mango, blackberries, small apple, flax seed
lunch: 3 eggs fried in butter, blistered cherry tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, jack cheese
dinner: 2 field roast sausages, veggie chili, sweet potato fries
before bed: carob raisins, decaf
