Today I worked outside for a few hours assembling a trampoline for my kids. Because of that, I did an abbreviated leg/back workout. Saying that, I still killed my legs. Hopefully it wasn’t too much for Saturday’s long run.

Training
strength: legs and back
time: 45:00

Diet
breakfast: coffee w/HWC
lunch: vegan chilli, sour cream, small amount of raw cheese
dinner: large salad
