Slept off and on on the couch watching the Rangers last night from about 11 – 1, then moved to bed. Up at 5:50.
My legs were still toasted this morning. Took a mile or two to get them warm. The run was good, but started running out of gas and getting heavy legs about 10 miles in. Finished a touch slower than I would have liked, but still in a good position 2 weeks out from the race. I wore my compression socks for the rest of the morning.
I stayed out late playing night golf with some friends and ended up eating a late night meal.

post-run: banana, almond butter, tbsp cream cheese, small amount of chocolate
lunch: pinto beans, white rice, salsa, tortilla chips
dinner: breakfast burrito
after dinner: crawfish taco, cookie
