I ran with my friend this morning. We pushed the pace to what we would consider race pace. I was surprised with how I could hold a sub-10 minute. Good run. I traveled the rest of the day for a family thing.

Diet
pre-race: black coffee, banana
post-race: GF pancakes
dinner: sushi, leftover pizza my kids didn’t eat
