In bed around 10:45. Up from 12:45 – 1:00, then 5:45-6:15. Up at 7:00. Total of about 7 hrs.
I had a work meeting all day today, catered lunch. I didn’t measure food intake today. Too much food after dinner . . . still working on this. I am also on quite the kambucha kick lately. Not the worst thing, but I should probably dial that back.
I didn’t workout today due to a full schedule. I will double up tomorrow.
breakfast: black coffee x 2, smoothie – banana, almond butter, carob powder, romaine, coconut milk, almond milk
lunch: fajitas minus meat and tortillas, refried beans, spanish rice, roasted jalapeno
dinner: mixed green salad, vinegar, EVOO
after dinner: kambucha, leftover white rice, lentils, shredded cheese
