Slept on couch from 8:30 – 10:00. In bed from 1:00 – 3:40, 4:15 – 6:45. Exhausted when I woke up.
I had a 6 hour work meeting today with a working lunch catered in. I had two 16oz cups of coffee, one in the morning and one after lunch. I got a stomach ache after the 2nd, probably more coffee than I am used to.
