I had good sleep last night. Probably around 6.5 hrs total.

I am adding another race to my schedule. It is a sprint tri in July. I have a good friend that’s running it as his first ever tri. I will be staying about 4 miles from the race that week while teaching a class, so it will be no issue to run. I am excited . . . I love sprints.

rest day

Diet
breakfast: black coffee x 2, apple
lunch: baked potato w/jalapenos, butter, cheese, veggie chili
snack: pineapple
dinner: grain-free biscuits, honey, large salad (same as last night), a couple of bean chips while making my kids’ lunches
before bed: white rice, lentils, cheese
