Got a little bit more sleep last night, around 6 – 6.5 hour give or take.

I felt really good in the pool today. I love being back training in all 3 of the sports.

swim: 1700yd form drills
time: 44:14

breakfast: black coffee, frozen mango, walnuts, cashews, chia seeds, rasins, almond milk
lunch: leftovers from yesterday
pre-swim: watermelon
dinner: large salad w/berries, EVOO, balsamic vinegar, 1/2 sweet potato w/butter
after dinner: decaf
